WIN an original oil painting by TERRY KOBUS in aid of Overstrand Hospice
On International Madiba Day – 18 July 2010 – Planet Earth was united in its show of respect for Nelson Mandela. In honor of Madiba’s 67 years of sacrifice and service to humankind, local artist TERRY KOBUS dedicated 67 hours of his time and produceda painting which he has donated to Overstrand Hospice to be raffled to raise funds.
The painting entitled “Boer Bok” is oil on canvas depicting an indigenous goat from Madiba’s home region in the Transkei. Originals Gallery and Framing has also sponsored the framing of the painting.
